Flex Jumpers are highly flexible connections that combine the properties of flat cables and connectors.
They can be used as soldered connection cables as well as fast connectors.
They are resistant to vibration and bending and therefore act as vibration dampers.
This result is obtained flattening the round conductor.
The robust and seamless transition between the flat part and the connection point ensures a break-proof connection.

The used insulating materials ensure maximum reliability, even at high temperatures. Most common materials are Nomex® and polyester, although for specific applications we can use Kapton® and Tefllon®.

Most common pitches are 2.54 and 1.27, although we can manufacture this item with other pitches such as 2.00-1.90 etc. ….
